CCS Officials Admit Data Mistakes

Columbus City Schools officials say mistakes were made with students' attendance information.District officials admitted in court papers the altering of tens of thousands of records boosted student-achievement figures on state report cards. The filing is part of a lawsuit by a parent who says phony data about his child made him ineligible to receive money for tutoring.
