The Ohio Supreme Court is threatening to find in contempt of court the Columbus attorney whose emails triggered an NCAA investigation that cost former Ohio State football coach Jim Tressel his job.At issue is the alleged failure of attorney and former player Chris Cicero to file paperwork as part of his one-year law license suspension. Last year the court ruled Cicero violated professional rules of conduct. Cicero's attorney believes the order involves a technical filing oversight that he says will be corrected.
