Bond Set For Local Landlord

Bond is set at 10-thousand dollars for the Columbus landlord jailed last week for failing to follow a judge's order to sell his rental properties.73-year-old Sam Vazirani will be on house arrest if he posts bond. Last April, the judge prohibited Vazirani from owning or managing rental properties after he pleaded no contest to code violations at a Franklinton rental home where three people were killed in a December 2011 fire. A probation revocation hearing is scheduled for next week.
