The National Hockey League has fined Columbus Blue Jackets forward Brandon Dubinsky the maximum 10-thousand dollars for boarding Los Angeles defenseman Rob Scuderi in Tuesday's game.The incident set off 37 minutes worth of penalties and a fight between Dubinsky and Kings forward Mike Richards.
