Tolls On New Brent Spence Likely

Early results of a study being conducted on building a new Brent Spence Bridge over the Ohio River in Cincinnati show passenger vehicles could be charged 1 dollar to cross.Toll rates will not surpass 2-dollars one-way for passenger vehicles. But there are no guarantees tolls will be as low as 1 or 2 dollars. An Ohio Department of Transportation spokesperson says it's still too early to say what the toll costs will be. The study is expected to be completed by the end of March. The bridge currently handles more than twice the amount of traffic as was intended when it opened in 1963.
