Towpath Trail To Get Upgrade

Stark County parks officials say work will begin later this year to close a gap in the Ohio-and-Erie Canal Towpath Trail.The county has purchased the land needed to finish a bridge over the Tuscarawas River. The bridge will connect the Stark and Tuscarawas county portions of the 110-mile trail.
