Ohio Soldier Dies During Diving Exercise

Funeral arrangements are pending for a U.S. Navy sailor from Noble County who died during a diving accident.The Pentagon says 28-year-old Diver First Class James Reyher of Caldwell and another soldier died Tuesday at the Aberdeen Proving Ground's underwater testing facility in Maryland.  It is used to conduct shock testing of vessels, submarine systems and munitions. The deaths are under investigation.
