Gee To Recommend Partial Tutition Freeze

Ohio State University President Gordon Gee says it's not possible to freeze tuition for out-of-state students, but the school can help those students with scholarships.Gee says he'll recommend a tuition freeze for in-state students to university trustees next week. Annual in-state tuition and fees at Ohio State's main campus is more than 10-thousand dollars, compared with more than 25-thousand for out-of-state students.
