Two Local Groups Helping Girls With Prom Clothing

A Delaware County church this week is giving away clothing for the prom season.Journey Fellowship Church in Sunbury is giving away used gowns, shoes and jewelry to girls worried about the costs of purchasing clothing for their proms. And Goodwill Columbus is helping high school girls get ready for prom season. The agency will sell one-thousand lightly-used prom gowns this weekend, with the proceeds going to fund Goodwill's programs. The sale will take place Saturday at the Goodwill store in Whitehall.
