A judge this morning ordered the death penalty for the man convicted of killing three people by luring them to Eastern Ohio with bogus on-line job ads.Summit County Judge Lynne Callahan upheld a jury's sentencing recommendation for 53-year-old Richard Beasley, a self-styled street preacher. In 2011 Beasley and 16-year-old Brogan Rafferty lured four men with offers of farmhand jobs, then robbed them and killed three while wounding a fourth. Rafferty was sentenced last year to life in prison.
