Bomb Plot Suspect Competent For Trial

Defense attorneys for the last of the five suspects in a plot to bomb a bridge over the Cuayhoga Valley National Park say he is competent to stand trial. Attorneys say a forensic psychologist who examined 23-year-old Joshua Stafford has found him mentally competent. Previous court-ordered tests were inconclusive.The psychologist is scheduled to testify at Stafford's competency hearing on April 15th. Four other defendants arrested last year are serving prison time. The FBI says an informant provided the suspects with a dud.
