Dog Bites Off Part Of Inmate's Nose

State prisons officials say a rescue dog bit off part of an inmate's nose after he tripped and fell on the dog last month at the Correctional Reception Center in Orient. A report obtained by the Associated Press says the unnamed inmate was playing handball at an outdoor recreation area when it happened. The dog was part of a program where inmates train abandoned dogs for adoption.
