The U.S. Navy says two senior leaders face involuntary manslaughter and dereliction-of-duty charges in the drowning deaths of two divers, including one from Ohio, at the Aberdeen Proving Ground near Baltimore in February.Diver 1st Class James Reyher of Caldwell along with Diver 2nd Class Ryan Harris drowned during underwater operations at the Super Pond underwater weapons-testing facility. The Navy will hold an Article 32 hearing on May 21st to determine whether the unnamed senior leaders will be court-martialed.
