Franklin County Environmental Court Judge Harland Hale is under fire for alleged judicial misconduct. The Ohio Supreme Court's disciplinary counsel says Hale dismissed a traffic ticket against his attorney representing him in the sexual-harassment lawsuits filed against him. That conflict of interest could result in Hale being disbarred. A three-member panel of the court's Board of Commissioners of Grievances and Discipline will hear the case.
