Alleged Tanker Truck Thief Passes Away

The Lawrence County man accused of stealing and crashing a fire truck on Friday died on Monday. 19-year old Brently Montgomery crashed the tanker truck stolen from the Harrison Township Volunteer Fire Department in rural Ross County. Investigators say drugs or alcohol may have played a role in the theft and crash on Charleston Pike.
