Grove City Woman Charged With Abusing Dogs

A Grove City woman is facing animal abuse charges after starved dogs were found at her home. Stephanie Kitchen is scheduled to appear in court today on charges of keeping a dozen dogs in filthy conditions, without water or enough food. The Capital Area Humane Society says Kitchen was entrusted to provide foster care for the dogs.
