Guilty Verdict In "Eye Blink" Case

A Hamilton County jury has found a Cincinnati man guilty of killing another man in 2010. Attorneys for 35-year-old Ricardo Woods say they plan to appeal his conviction on charges of killing 35-year-old David Chandler in a drug dispute. The case revolved around whether Chandler, who was left paralyzed before his death, identified Woods by blinking his eyes in a videotaped police interview. Sentencing is scheduled for June 20th.
