Zoning Officials Approve Plans For Outlet Mall

Residents of Berkshire Township in Delaware County are not giving up their fight against the construction of an a outlet mall. The Township's zoning board last night approved plans for the mall off I-71 south of Routes 36 and 37. People living nearby say they'll lobby township trustees to reject the plan, claiming traffic will ruin the community's lifestyle.
