Libertarian Cincinnati mayoral candidate Jim Berns is using tomato plants to promote the legalization of marijuana. Berns passed out tomato plants to nearly three-dozen people this week at a campaign rally. He initially said free marijuana plants would be available. Berns says he is using the mayoral race to push a pro-marijuana agenda.
