Vietnam POW Getting Special Bracelet

An Ohioan who wore a bracelet engraved with the name of a prisoner of war from Vietnam is returning it today, on the 48th anniversary of his capture. Patty James of Toledo says she got the bracelet bearing the name of Colonel Lawrence Guarino as a gift during a time when the bracelets supporting U.S. troops were popular among American youth. The 91-year-old Guarino says he received many such bracelets when he returned and still gets them occasionally.
