Sexual Assault Victim Wins Lawsuit Against Local Church

A jury says a Delaware County church must pay more than three-million-dollars to a sexual assault victim. The jury found Delaware Grace Brethren Church negligent for allowing a pastor to start another church, despite knowing about past sexual abuse complaints. Jurors sided with the victim, who said pastor Brian Williams should not have been allowed to continue his ministry.
