Cincinnati Schools' Budget Approved

The Cincinnati School board has approved the district's 474-million-dollar budget plan for the upcoming school year. District officials say the plan erases a projected 52-million-dollar deficit by not replacing retired employees, by cutting non-teaching jobs, and by using a 25-million-dollar carryover from last year.
