The body of an Ohio man killed in Afghanistan last week has been returned to Preble County. The Defense Department says 42-year-old former county sheriff's deputy Kurt Muncy died in what's believed to have been a suicide bombing at a civilian base near Kabul. Muncy was working as an international police adviser for a Virginia company. Funeral arrangements have not been made public.
