Coleman Names New Public Service Director

Columbus Mayor Michael Coleman has named a new Public Service Director. Building and Zoning Services Director Tracie Davies will take over when Mark Kelsey retires on July 26th. Kelsey unexpectedly announced his retirement yesterday, saying he wants to focus on personal issues and spend more time with his family. Davies' top assistant, Scott Messer, will take over Building and Zoning Services on an interim basis.
