Former Buckeye Small Facing Second Indictment

A former Ohio State wide receiver previously caught up in the school's memorabilia scandal was indicted in Franklin County this week on felony drug and weapons charges. 26-year-old Ray Small was arrested last night. Prosecutors say an April search of his Columbus apartment yielded heroin and oxycodone, as well as a semi-automatic handgun and an assault rifle. Small was indicted in Meigs County earlier this year on drug charges. After that indictment, Small apologized to friends, family, and Buckeye fans in a video posted on line last month.
