Muskingum County prosecutors say the burning body of a man found last week was killed there and dumped in Morgan County. Workers found the body of 24-year-old Phillip Kimbro Junior on County Road 15 near Route 555 in Union Township last Thursday. Prosecutors are not releasing a cause of death and have not said if they have any suspects.
