Columbus City prosecutors have issued an arrest warrant for a repeat drunken driver who failed to appear in court this week for his trial. 53-year-old John Marteney was arrested in April, and was released after he posted a 5 thousand dollar bond. He faces 12 charges, including OVI, driving under suspension, driving under financial responsibility suspension, no operator's license, driving the wrong way down a one-way street, having an open container in a moving vehicle, and failure to display headlights. Marteney was previously convicted seven times.
