Mosquito-fogging efforts begin tonight in a Delaware County community where a resident has contracted La Crosse Encephalitis. County health officials went door-to-door yesterday in Ostrander, notifying residents of the suspected disease and offering tips to protect themselves from mosquitoes. The mosquito fogging is scheduled to begin around 9 p.m.
