Letter Carrier Facing Charges For Hoarding Mail

Thousands of pieces of mail are being delivered to two Columbus neighborhoods after being found in a letter carrier's home. U.S. Postal Service investigators say 54-year-old Charles Moore hoarded 13-thousand items after failing to deliver them to homes in Clintonville and the University District for nearly a year. Charges are pending.
