Local Judge Passes Away

Funeral services are scheduled Monday for former Franklin County Appeals Court Judge Peggy Bryant, who died Wednesday of breast cancer. The 62-year-old resigned on August First for health reasons. She was appointed in 1987 by then Ohio Governor Dick Celeste.
