Wright-Patt Officer Facing Sexual Misconduct Probe

An officer at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base near Dayton is under investigation for sexual misconduct with a child. Dayton police raided the Oregon District home of Lieutenant Colonel Val Finnell yesterday, seizing computers and other possible evidence. Finnell is a program director at the U.S. Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine.
