Existing Home Sales Rose In July

Existing home sales rose in central Ohio, the state, and the nation last month. Experts credit the increase to buyer concerns about rising interest rates. The Columbus Board of Realtors says central Ohio home sales rose by 28 percent last month as compared to July of last year. The Ohio Association of Realtors says existing home sales statewide rose by 26 percent. The National Association of Realtors says U.S. sales rose by 6.5 percent.
