One-Way Columbus Street Now Two-Way

Traffic is now moving in both directions on West Rich Street downtown. The road between South Grubb and Belle streets was converted from a one-way street yesterday to carry two-way traffic. The city is warning drivers and pedestrians to heed signs and pavement markings about the change.
