55-year-old Ovell Harrison served as Director of Education Services between 2004 and 2010. Department of Labor investigators say Harrison used his computers at the Columbus Urban League to prepare and submit false invoices. The Urban League processed the invoices and generated checks, which Harrison deposited into one of three bank accounts he controlled. Investigators say Harrison obtained more than $85,000 through the scheme.
