Kasich Denies Clemency For Mitts

Ohio Governor John Kasich has rejected clemency for a death row inmate convicted of killing a Cleveland police officer and another man in 1994.61-year-old Harry Mitts Junior is scheduled for execution on September 25th. The state's supply of the execution drug pentobarbital expires at the end of September, requiring a new method for future executions.
