Children Services Director Gets Pay Raise

The Franklin County Children Services board has voted to raise the pay of director Chip Spinning by 14 percent. Spinning will be paid 165 thousand dollars a year, starting on October 1st. The board terminated his 500 dollar a month car allowance. He replaced Eric Fenner two years ago.
