SUPCUS Rejects Widmer Appeal

The U.S. Supreme Court has rejected the appeal of a Warren County man convicted of drowning his wife in a bathtub. Ryan Widmer was seeking a new trial in the 2008 death of his wife Sarah. The justices say they will consider a second appeal later this month, related to DNA tests of the victim.
