Local Coach And Teacher Charged With Sexual Battery

Arraignment is scheduled November 11th for a former Hilliard Heritage Middle School coach and former Columbus State Community College teacher facing 16 counts of sexual battery involving a minor. 52-year-old Michael Totsch allegedly assaulted a male relative between 1993 and 1997. He's being held on 150 thousand dollars bond.
