The number of U.S homes entering the foreclosure process or repossessed by lenders in November fell by 10 percent from October, and by 32 percent from the same month a year ago. The foreclosure listing service Realtytrac says Ohio foreclosure activity fell by nearly 40 percent in November from a year ago. Realtytrac says nearly 68 hundred Ohio homes were in the foreclosure process in November - sixth highest out of the 50 states. Realtytrac says the trend is the latest sign foreclosures are becoming less of a national factor in the housing market recovery, and more of a city and state concern.
