Purchase Of Granville Inn Finalized

Denison University has formally purchased the historic Granville Inn for 1.15 million dollars. University officials entered into a purchase agreement in September. They plan to seek historic tax credits to renovate the 86-year-old restaurant, hotel and banquet facility that entered receivership when its previous owners defaulted on their loans.
