Man Charged With Abusing Dogs

A Columbus man is facing animal cruelty charges for allegedly leaving his dogs outside of his home in this week's cold weather. The Capital Area Humane Society says Terry Hicks is accused of leaving nearly 20 dogs outside his Brentnell Avenue home. Officials say two of the animals died, and the rest went without food.
