Chase Ends With Crash Downtown

State Highway Patrol Troopers arrested two teenagers this morning following a high-speed chase that ended near Vine and High Streets in downtown Columbus. Troopers say the teens were in a stolen vehicle that was spotted on I-70 in Madison County. The chase ended when the teens crashed the vehicle. No injuries are reported.
