Akron Company Apologizes For Criticizing Cleveland Browns

An Akron-based company is apologizing to Cleveland Browns fans after criticizing the team on social media during the Super Bowl. GOJO Industries calls the postings from its Purell hand sanitizer account "stupid" and "insensitive." The postings by a company employee compared the Denver Broncos' performance Sunday to that of the Browns, who have had only two winning seasons since returning to the league in 1999. Some Browns fans had threatened a boycott of the product.
