Suspect In Zanesville Restaurant Slaying Sentenced

A Zanesville man convicted of killing a fast-food restaurant customer during an argument last year was sentenced yesterday to life in prison. 34-year-old Timothy Daniel was convicted last month of killing 61-year-old Charles Hooper. Daniel's attorney says an appeal is expected.
