Alleged Toledo Arsonist Pleads Not Guilty

The owner of the Toledo apartment building where two firefighters were killed in blaze in January pleaded not guilty today to aggravated murder and aggravated arson charges. Prosecutors say 61-year-old Ray Abou-Arab was in a garage at the building when a tenant said she saw flames break out. A Lucas County judge has placed a gag order on attorneys in the case.
