Propane Explosion At Homeless Camp Kills One

Columbus police say a homeless person burned to death last night after an explosion inside a tent at a homeless camp near Lincoln and Hamlet Streets in Italian Village.Police say the small propane heater the victim was using to keep warm exploded. Police say the body was too badly burned to make a positive name or gender identification.
