Fatal Crash May Have Been Suicide

Franklin County sheriff's deputies say Wednesday's fatal head-on crash may not have been an accident.Deputies are investigating whether 45-year-old William Burgess deliberately drove into the path of a tractor-trailer on State Route 104. Burgess' wife says he likely committed suicide after he slashed her throat during a fight at their Franklinton home.
