Two people charged in a fatal fight over a 500 dollar lottery ticket are in a Florida jail, awaiting extradition to central Ohio. Columbus police say 22-year-old William Greene and 18-year-old Ariana Ruddock were arrested this week in Kissimmee on charges of shooting and killing 23-year-old David Duff Sunday night in a Franklinton hotel.
