Franklin Township police say two people are in custody following a high-speed chase early this morning. Police officials say officers tried to stop a stolen vehicle on Woodbury Street. Officials say the suspects fled and led officers on a chase that ended with a crash at a vacant lot on Brown Road. No other information has been released.
