Springfield police are looking for a juvenile suspected in the shooting death of a popular high school football player.
Police believe 17-year-old Tyrin Hawkins shot and killed 17-year-old Jeff Wellington during a fight this past weekend at an apartment complex. Wellington was a star football player at Springfield High School. Police say Wellington was trying to play peacemaker.
